After writing about Lazy and their home deliveries during the big quarantine for Covid-19, it was time to visit them in person.

Chef Ivo Petkov is no longer with them. He is now in Spoon and there is no prominent chef in Lazy, at least for now.

See ….

…. The menu looks simple, only 2 pages, which is always a good sign, because it is sure that everything is fresh and well thought;

…. Original murals imitating (or of genuine) leather;

…. The dishes, as always, look great!

Feel ….

…. Because we went at some dead hour, late in the afternoon, there weren’t many people and it was very quiet;

…. When I asked what wine was offered by glass, I was told only the variety, not the winery, year or any other details.

It is very important when offering wine by the glass in a restaurant to tell the customer not only what variety it is, but also from which cellar. I experienced the same thing here. If the restaurant offers quality wine by the glass, it is appropriate to present it adequately.

Smell ….

…. The glass of chardonnay they served me was very cold and the aroma of the wine was not felt;

…. A little strange smell of pulled Lebanese cheese, in a salad with tomatoes and green leaves, which did not smell like cheese, but rather like the package, otherwise the salad itself was delicious.

Taste ….

…. Homemade hummus, which is served with crispy Lavash bread and salad;

…. Great sea bass fillet with roasted zucchini and asparagus – also very crunchy.
