Kuzina- Greek fusion cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere, in the center of Sofia

Kuzina is located in the heart of Sofia and offers pleasant fusion Greek cuisine with fine dining elements.

Here you won’t find the typical Greek tavern dishes, rather a more artistic interpretation, and yes, there are no free desserts at the end, as you’re used to in Greece.

Experience accents as per the 5D Sensograph:

See nice atmosphere.

Feel polite service, but that rather depends on the waiter.

Hear pleasant, quiet Greek music, old authentic.

Smell IQOS from the next table – unacceptable!.

Taste everything is very tasty, although it differs quite a bit from the standard we are used to.

See in Kuzina …

… Short and interesting menu, good wine list.

… Aesthetic plating on the plates..

Feel in Kuzina

… The service is good, but it depends on who is serving you: the first time we encountered a waitress who was more familiar than necessary and a little condescending. Also, she was not very perceptive and forgot some of the things we asked her for. The second time everything was fine, there were other waiters.

… Some of the wines on the list, in fact, are not available: I liked a wine from Crete, I know the variety, the price was acceptable, that’s why I chose it. It turned out that they didn’t have it, they were waiting for delivery. I was upset because we were left with only one option for wine at a good price and it wasn’t that good. My opinion is that when an item in a price range preferred by customers is missing, you have to replace it with something else at all costs, even if you get the bottle from another supplier. Otherwise, in general, the price of wines is quite high.

Hear in Kuzina …

… The music is pleasant and not the expected Greek pop-folk, but folk or pop.

Movie-watching time: 1:06 min.

Smell in Kuzina

… Smoking of IQOS is allowed: this is unacceptable for a place for eating and with claims to be of quality. The smell of this type of cigarette is not compatible with the sophistication of the aromas on the plate.

… Otherwise, the chef has taken care of the good combinations of aromas.

Taste in Kuzina

… The food is well thought out as a concept, it is tasty, but it has nothing to do with the Greek taverns: the portions are a bit smaller, well arranged and so you can try more things from the kitchen. The prices are high as befits a fine dining restaurant.

…. Try everything boldly: we tried the grilled baby squid – they were very tender, the slow cooked pork – super tender and good and many appetizers with pita bread.

I would recommend Kuzina because the food is delicious, but keep in mind the potential danger of them smoking ixos next door and ruining your pleasure.
