The site where Hotel Vizualiza now stands was once home to a tobacco factory, which later burned down to the ground. It is said that the residents of Plovdiv raised money for its restoration. After nationalization, it became a garment factory until 1988, and then remained abandoned for many years before being restored to its current modern form.

Hotel Vizualiza is a luxurious five-star hotel with comfortable rooms, great views, and friendly, cheerful service. It offers its own parking, both in front of the hotel and 20 meters away, in a nearby cobbled square near the theater.

The hotel’s location is unique—just 5 minutes from the city center with the post office, 7 minutes from Kapana, directly above the Drama Theater and in the heart of Plovdiv’s main pedestrian street.

… Wonderful compliments in the room: I really appreciate nice little touches in hotels. Here, special efforts were clearly made, and expectations were exceeded. Besides an espresso machine with capsules, free water, tea, a kettle for brewing it, and two miniature jars of honey, there were also two amazing tartlets with fluffy sweet mousse and fruit, and a fine piece of chocolate. A serious offering from the fine dining restaurant to the hotel – Valere. After such a delightful dessert, there’s no way you wouldn’t visit.

… The staff seems genuinely interested in customer feedback: A standard message confirming the booking is sent via Booking, mentioning the breakfast price of EUR 17, which can be confusing if you’ve booked a breakfast-inclusive option. I pointed this out to the staff, and they took the matter seriously, so I hope this small detail gets corrected.
