Merry Christmas with excerpts from the concert of Angel Zaberski Symphony Jazz in Sofia
One of the most beautiful events, of the many that took place in Sofia at the end of the year was the concert of Angel Zaberski Symphony Jazz in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture.
It is very rare to gather such a great band, with such a strong brass section in the company of Vili Stoyanov and a huge strings, led by the conductor’s baton of Grigor Palikarov. Moreover, we enjoyed also the performances on trumpet by the virtuoso Misho Yosifov, the percussion section of the famous Stoyan Yankulov-Stundji, the exclusive kaval player Zhivko Vasilev and the best beatboxer Alexander Deyanov-Skiller. The uniting figure in the center of this All Stars team is Angel Zaberski with his great improvisation, own compositions and arrangements of classical pieces. It was a great pleasure and privilege to listen to their mastery on the stage of NDK in Sofia.
I wish the readers of my blog placescases.com Merry Christmas with excerpts from this wonderful concert.
Following on from my previous publication about NDK
I would like to note with great joy that this time all vending machines were fully loaded, we had access to large quantities of water, moreover, in the lobbies there was a bazaar for handmade ornaments and a stand of my favourite bakery Cakey Bakey where we could help ourselves with pastries and a variety of drinks, so the festive atmosphere was very strong and enjoyable.
