Second visit to Norma in Burgas, this time for steaks

In the previous review, Norma, a nice place with style, close to the sea garden in Burgas, I promised that I would come back here to try the steaks. So, my next visit was for beef and pork although it was summer and sea food was more appropriate choice.
…. There were new paintings on the walls. They are impressive and contribute a lot to the atmosphere;
…. The presentations on the dishes are even more beautiful and expressive, especially that of the shrimps at our second visit;
…. The garden is pleasant, although part of the tables are on the sidewalk.
Just to mention that for Friday and Saturday night, you should book a table if you want it to be in the garden.
…. It’s nice to sit in Norma, even for a cocktail, one feels good in its artistic interior;
…. When I ordered the salad with Spanish crystal bread the waiters didn’t warn me that the latter was not available. As a result, I got the impression that they were feeding me an ordinary baguette, just because I wouldn’t sense the difference. When I asked, they informed me what the problem was. Half of heart was dropped because of their underestimate of clients’ choice.
…. Crispy wafer in the dessert Big Mash. The latter is a dessert made of mashed ice cream, fruit, wafer…. You’d better see the movie about Norma below. Keep in mind that this dessert can be enough for two people.
…. As well as the previous time, many pleasant jazz and soul interpretations of famous pieces. The musical layout corresponded very well with the style of the house.

…. The celery in the Black Sea mussels- its scent was very appetizing and refreshing in the sea food.
…. Frito Misto- tempura with seafood and vegetables, it was quite pleasant;
…. The previously mentioned shrimps- they were not only beautiful, but also delicious;
…. Unfortunately, the steaks probe came out unsuccessful. We tried beef short ribs- they were extremely tough;
…. The steak Iberico didn’t worth too. I felt tough stretches. My knowledge and expectation of good Iberico, is about meat melting in the mouth not chewing it long time without success.
The staff demonstrated adequate reaction to my complaint of food, indicating that they have an active attitude towards the customer’s experience.
I would revisit Norma, regardless of the unpleasant experience with the ribs and the steak. The place is very pleasant, they offer non-standard things different from those of other restaurants, they offer nice cocktails and wine by glass and also endeavour guests to be happy.
