For a second consecutive year placecases.com sensographs the traditional Christmas street food festival Sofia Food Truck Fest. Besides my favorite burgers from Street Chefs and cocktails from Travel Cocktails, perfectly executed, with a lot of festive mood by Pavkata (Pavel Pamukchiev), I tried new things. Symbioza (Symbiosis) is my new discovery this year. I am impressed by their fish offerings. The steamed bao buns with panko chicken from the joint project of Street Chefs and Mama Noodles & Bao Buns were also very interesting.
