…. Fine minimalist interior – some of the tables are on the floor level, just like in Japanese restaurants;

…. Easy and relaxing atmosphere, despite of the noise from the street;

…. Electronic sound, modern, upbeat, not very loud, but at some point the player started to repeat one and the same spot and nobody from the personnel noticed-  it was very annoying, since it was repeating low frequency quite disturbing sounds.

Smell…

…. Exotic scent of the eastern spices.

Taste… 

…. Everything from sushi up to the desserts- no omissions in the quality of food- very delicious and well roasted food.

I haven’t visit Hamachi for quite a long time until I was told that it had moved to a new spot in the center of Sofia.

It was worth the trip. All of us were happy with our meal, including the children. With its trendy interior and cuisine, Hamachi offers relaxing  and satisfactory experience.
