…. Full-to-the-hole restaurant for the special dinner with the wineries Villa Maria and Casa Silva – all have come to see boss Viktor Angelov live and find out if he is so cute or strict as on TV;

The attention you took boss Angelov to my girlfriend, who is a vegetarian by agreeing to do just for her vegetarian menu, despite the overwhelming tension in the kitchen and trudoemkostta to cook something completely different from the planned, due to the huge volume Dishes that were supposed to be served almost simultaneously.

…. The exceptional sereneness and good mood of boss Viktor Angelov when he appears in front of the guests, his modest presence between the masses, without noise, without formal presentation, although they are all there because of him and that he is the big star on the screen;

Interesting explanations about the wines and the terroir of the wineries, which was quite difficult, because most people were talking, ‘ and did not listened to the prezentacite of guilt, consumed liberally by us (little felt embarrassed about this lack of respect from the attendees to The presenters, but the customers were waiting to see the culinary star of Bulgaria, boss Angelov and apparently the wineries did not excite them);

The lack of applause just for the one who was the main culprit for this wonderful culinary fiesta, Boss Angelov, simply because he appeared without loudly presentation, with personal attention to each table, individual greetings to Chef’s guests and joking banter to Attendees of several children.

…. I don’t even know if it sounded like music-so many people had and they were so exalted from dinner.

…. The fruity breath of Villa Maria lightly timepiece Sauvignon Blanc, 2014, as a welcome drink;

…. The thin, gastronomical wonderful aroma of goat cheese, on a warm salad of peppers, asparagus and shallots with a reduction of pomegranates and chips of einkorn, combined beautifully with Rose Villa Maria Light Pinot Gris & Merlo, 2014;

…. White wine Villa Maria Gevurztraminer, Organic, 2015, which did not burst into traditional fruit perfume, and gently and elegantly unleashed through the nose in the palate and sčeta with the duck liver, the most exclusive I’ve ever tasted;

…. The daring aroma of the truffle, which helped the Lamb Wellington, in a crispy-leafy batter on a young spinach.

…. Incredible Foa fron (duck liver) in a pan, with caramelized strawberries, brusketka of Easter cake, with the most impressive crispy delight of small fine kubčenca and brittle with hazelnuts with poppy-fantastic combination, especially with Lukuma was cosmic-gastronomic, hyper Cool!;

…. Destructured Black Forest, who also had a cherry, topnata in chocolate, and pieces of swamp, and my favorite angel-haired caramel, and mascarpone and two kinds of chocolate-soft milk mousse, placed in a hard shell, a type of kanelon of black chocolate, with a surprising garnish of Wasabi ice cream, very original, even palatable:);

…. The gallant cavalier of the Black Forest dessert – red wine Casa Silva Carmenere Reserva, 2014, very good.

I haven’t written about Chef’s, not because I don’t go there, but because I feel like everyone knows it, especially since he moved to Sofia, and especially since Viktor is already popular among Malo and big as boss Angelov, from his performances at Master Chef. But this time, with this special dinner, I decided it was right, and the high time to write again for my favorite restaurant, in which I walk for 10 years with pleasure, for luxury, relaxation and fun, with the whole family, friends, relatives, acquaintances.

I liked it very much like it was outside Sofia, with this vegetation around it. I went on vacation, broke away from the dusty and fast-paced city to envelop me the green of nature in their garden, to congratulate and chat with Viktor and his bunch of chefs and waiters, who always make the day smiling and serene.

Now I will share a curious information. The first review I wrote on TripAdvisor, something like the first glimmer of idea for this blog was right for the Chef’s. It was the victor’s restaurant that inspired me to start this activity–to describe the interesting places that are worth visiting, which inspire new ideas, energize and make you enjoy life.

And now exactly, 4 years later, I recall this moment with pleasure and satisfaction that I did a blog and continued to write reviews about pubs.

I recommend to every lover of good food, the gourmet as a way of relaxation and fun to visit Chef’s.

and otherwise, dinner with Villa Maria and Casa Silva was like a holiday. Well done, Victor! They still have a lot to learn from you young. You know perfectly well, and you’re a nice guy, and people like you, and you’re modest, and you don’t want any special attention and noise! That’s how a man weighs his spot! Be alive and well and keep splitting the darkness with your culinary art!
