If after the tour in Hradčani you already feel very tired and you go down the Charles Bridge towards the center, you can sit in the Zlaty Strom (Golden Tree) which tables and chairs are right on the street.
The restaurant is more like a bar&dinner. The service is slow and a little unkind from some waiters, but the food is delicious, and the shakes are special.
You can try goulash in a bread bowl, it’s wonderful, but the quantity is small. Also, the sausages are delicious, we ordered them twice, I think they were also a too small portion. The children were very happy with the milk shakes – beautiful, and some of them are quite colorful. The Asian noodles are good, the chips are crunchy, and the beer is always a good idea.
The establishment also has a club, its toilet and restaurant are shared.
I recommend Zlaty Strom, only in case you want to quickly sit down somewhere, drink beer and have a snack.
