I don’t know exactly what the name Skaptobara means, but there are burgers and beer. My favorite spots for this type of food in Sofia are Street Chefs and Boom! Burgers, but I decided to try other places as well.
…. The place looks nice, but somehow unsettled, both out and inside;
…. Very original bill serving, in a a old style cassette box, with Turbo chewing gum- like in old times!
…. Friendly pleasant service – one of the best qualities of the place;
…. Fried potatoes (served to the burgers) are NOT crunchy – they are not basic, but they are an important addition to any well-made burger, and they MUST be crispy otherwise the burger rating drops immediately.
…. Noise from the central streets of Sofia because we sat at the tables outside but it was not annoying.
…. Something smelled very unpleasant, as if during the night there were people around who were looking for a toilet.
…. Craft Beer Hills – this is the second thing I liked unconditionally, not sweet, with hard character, smells of beer and not of honey;
…. The burgers are pretty oily– even the bun was oily, definitely not my taste.
I will continue exploring the burger spots in Sofia, hoping to find a place to overshadow my favorites.
