Terassa is still the best restaurant in Ruse. You can see the effort in the preparation and plating of the food, the view of the Danube is irreplaceable, so if you are looking for a little more special place in Ruse, this is the place.

 See Terassa

… The best thing about Terassa is the view of the Danube – a wonderful sunset!

… The interior is nice, you feel cozy there. In summer time, the windows are opened;

… I like that serious attempts are being made to plate the food in an original way, but it’s a little behind the trends already. A stain, kind of splattered paint, not the most appetizing thing to see on a plate. Rather, slightly more controlled forms. For no other reason, simply because  with the more special colors, the association is a bit different. You will see in the film.

Feel Terassa

… Nice service but quite slow. Was it because it was Friday night?

… We were highly recommended the shopska salad, but it was quite ordinary, and the products just before freezing.

Hear Terassa

… I couldn’t hear the music well, I’m not even sure if there was any;

… You could hear the noise of people talking, the place was full, which is great because it deserves to have a clientele.

Movie watching time: 1:14 min.

Smell Terassa

… The fried fish – I love the aroma of fried fish with a crispy crust!

… The chicken wings pass through the marinade and smell very delicious.

Taste Terassa

I’m repeating myself:

… Fresh fried fish – a must, if there is any.

… The chicken wings;

… Grape brandy from Tikvesh, it is very good.

I note here that the wine list was missing wine from Seven Generations. The cellar is very close to Ruse, in the village of Mechka. They make good wine and deserve to be on every restaurant list in Ruse.

I recommend the Terrace restaurant in Rousse again. The efforts of these people deserve to be supported.
