While the restaurants remained closed in January 2021, the hotels are still open. Hotel Promenade offers discounts and enjoys guests on weekends, according to what we noticed. At first glance, the reception went normally, as always, with great service, in the parking lots in front of the hotel. Read further in the review how the next stay of placescases.com was, in the 5 human senses categories.

…. As soon as you approach the entrance with the car, an employee comes out and points out the place that is reserved for the guest, and so far everything is as before;

… .Plexiglas partitions at the reception and a large bottle of disinfectant in a prominent place – everything is according to the requirements, the receptionist has a mask, the same is in the restaurant; 

…. Exceptional view from the retro bathtub to the sea of ​​a grand deluxe room. Watch the video to see it and find out what number this room is. Put on headphones because there is original music;

…. When it comes to Promenade, one cannot fail to mention the original paintings in the rooms, the restaurant and the corridors and the typical artistic style of the interior.

…. Restaurant Norma, where the hotel breakfasts are held, operates only in the morning and evening and only for hotel guests until 22:00 maximum. Customers have the right to choose prices without breakfast included;

The Promenade complies with all the latest requirements of the authorities. I personally saw a customer who was not a guest of the hotel ask to go to the restaurant for lunch, but it was explained to him that he could not eat on the spot, he could only take away the food. We had the opportunity to observe how Burgas local authorities makes an inspection at 22:15 if the requirements are met.

…. The service is at a very good level – by phone during reservations, at the reception, and we did not even run into house keeping to avoid the risk of infection.

…. While resting on Sunday morning in the warm bath and watching the sea and the sun above it, which shyly hides behind the winter clouds, as if disturbing the peace of winter, Easy Like Sunday Morning fits well, but of course you can choose another suitable for you music on your phone.

…. If you go out on the small balcony of a grand deluxe room for a cup of coffee, wine or a cigar, not only you have a wonderful view of the sea, but you also listen to the percussion of the surf and the screams of the seagulls.

Smell ….

.… Aromatic bath salts and cosmetics in the bathroom;

… Good coffee in capsules as a compliment, which you prepare on a ipprespresso machine in the room;

…. I am a huge fan of turf whiskey aroma. If you are too, you can find our favourite drink at the bar of the restaurant but after 22:00 you should have it in your room.

Taste ….

This time we didn’t enjoy breakfast from the hotel, although I’m sure it was flawless, as always.

… .It is tradition in Promenade to provide compliments – the room has bottled water, coffee, cake, and this time a small bottle of wine. There are always delicious caramels at the reception. Small details that are noticeable and distinguish the service of the hotel from that of all the rest.

…. The cappuccino from the ipperespresso versions of the complimentary coffee in the room was a great addition to the warm morning bath with sky and sea view.
