Sinti Restaurant is located in Villa Sintica Hotel in Sandanski. There used to be an experimental station at the winery, but now it is a hotel and a wonderful restaurant. The cuisine is high level, we can safely define it as fine dining. For me, at least, this is the best cuisine in the city and the region.

… The service is kind, but from time to time some things are forgotten and the bigger problem is that the food and techniques are not explained and presented when served. For cuisine of this caliber it is necessary to train the waiters to present the food properly, to show respect for the efforts in the kitchen;
…. If you get cold outside in the evening, you get a blanket.
Hear ….
…. Birds songs in the garden around;
… A little noise from the road, because Villa Sintica is located above the former main road E79 to Greece;
…. Internet radio with good music, I think it was Vanilla.

…. Slightly aniseed ouzo aroma in shrimps – crisp, reminiscent of Greece;
…. Truffles in mashed potatoes with shrimp tempura;
…. The exotic scent of mango in the salad of Heraclea Sintica, named after the ancient city from Roman times, which remains are located near the landmark Rupite;
…. The fresh aroma of yellow fruits in the wine Le Poise, from Sintika Winery.
Taste ….
There is nothing that is not tasty !!!
…. The already mentioned 2 variants of shrimp;
…. Veal tongue – soft, tender, accompanied by crunchy asparagus!
…. A good suggestion for vegetarians – red lentil croquet – very nice and beautifully arranged;
…. Salads are made from fresh and delicious vegetables;
…. Try a dessert, maybe with coffee.
Restaurant Sinti has a wonderful cuisine by chef Kaloyan Lazarov, a wonderful view of the hills above Sandanski and offers a memorable experience.
